Hello,
It’s that summer fair time of year again, and I’m excited to have two events coming up in London.
On Wednesday 3rd of June, I’ll be at the Sloane Club in Chelsea for the Alexandra Tolstoy Summer Fair. The fair brings together a wonderful mix of small brands and makers, all chosen for their craftsmanship and character, with everything from clothing, textiles and jewellery to beautiful homeware on offer. Everyone is very welcome, there’s no need to book and no entrance fee.
A few days later, on Sunday 7th June, I’ll be at the Antique Tribal and Decorative Textile Fair at the St Mary Abbots Centre, Vicarage Gate, Kensington, London W8 4HN.
Come along to browse and shop for unique rugs, linens and decorative textiles from Europe, Asia and Africa. It’s always a wonderful fair, popular with collectors, interior designers and film costume buyers alike.
Everyone is very welcome. The fair runs from 10am to 4pm, with free entry from 11am onwards. There is a £10 cash charge for visitors arriving before 11am.
I don’t usually bring my vintage kantha quilts to this fair, but if you’re planning to come and would like to see anything from my website, please do get in touch and I’ll happily bring it along for you.
Hope to see you there.
Rebecca
