Our vintage kantha quilts and throws are handmade in India from up-cycled cotton saris. They can be used on the bed, as a sofa throw, in fact anywhere you want a bit of extra warmth and a splash of colour. Each piece is unique, so the size and the stitching detail can vary. Little patches and extra embroidery add character and charm.
Each side of a vintage kantha is made from different fabric, the first four photos show one side of the quilt and the last three photos show the reverse side.
Size: 1.88m wide x 2.38m long (W74in x L94in). This is a large quilt and will fit a double bed and would also go across a 5ft UK king/US queen/160cm bed or a 6ft super king/180cm.
100% Cotton. Machine wash 30C. All our quilts are freshly laundered in the UK and are ready to use.
