Delivery

Please note:  Shipping charges will be added at the checkout once your delivery address has been added.  You can cancel the transaction at any point in the process without your details being kept or your card being charged.  

Please note that any orders placed between 11th September and 24th September 2024 will be despatched on 25th September 2024. Apologies for the delay.

If your purchase is a gift, leave instructions at the checkout and we will gift wrap the item and include a gift card and message.

Orders sent from the UK to the EU may incur additional taxes and customs fees.  We do not currently handle these charges for you, therefore on receipt of your order you may need to pay these yourself, locally.  

UK Delivery

Deliveries should arrive 3-5 working days after posting.  

Please note:  Highlands and Islands - an extra charge may apply for items over 2kgs in actual weight - please contact us for a delivery quote on heavy items.

Depending on the weight of the parcel we use either Royal Mail second class signed for, Parcel Force, DPD Local.

Europe 

Up to 2 kg    £20 to £30

2 kg  to 4 kg £30 to £40

Should the customer order more than 1 item, we will endeavour to find the most economical way to send your order.  We always refund the difference between shipping charged at checkout and the actual cost of the shipping.  All orders are tracked, we will send you tracking once your order is on the way.

Please note overseas shipping costs have increased substantially and we have had to reflect this is in our shipping rates.  We base our rates on weight and volume and we always refund the difference between shipping charged at checkout and the actual cost of the shipping.
