Vintage Kantha Quilt 178

Our vintage kantha quilts and throws are handmade in India from up-cycled cotton saris. They can be used on the bed, as a sofa throw, in fact anywhere you want a bit of extra warmth and a splash of colour.  Each piece is unique, so the size and the stitching detail can vary. Little patches and extra embroidery  add character and charm.

Each side of a vintage kantha is made from  different fabric, the first five photos show one side of the quilt and the last two photos show the reverse side. This green is a tricky colour to photograph, so the green is more like the first, fourth and fifth photos while photos two and three give you an idea of the pattern.

Size:  1.57m wide x 2.28m long (W62in x L90in). This quilt will fit a single bed.  It will also go across a  double bed,  a UK 5ft king/US queen bed and a UK 6ft super king bed as a throw.

100% Cotton. Machine wash 30C. All our quilts are freshly laundered in the UK and are ready to use.
