Vintage Kantha Quilt 165

Our vintage kantha quilts and throws are handmade in India from up-cycled cotton saris. They can be used on the bed, as a sofa throw, in fact anywhere you want a bit of extra warmth and a splash of colour.  Each piece is unique, so the size and the stitching detail can vary. Little patches and extra embroidery  add character and charm.

Each side of a vintage kantha is made from  different fabric, the first four photos show one side of the quilt and the last three photos show the reverse side. There are some areas of fading but they do not detract from the colourful charm of this piece.

Size:  1.55m wide x 2.22m long (W61in x L87in). This quilt will fit a single bed.  It will also go across a  double bed , a UK 5ft king/US queen/160cm bed and a 6ft/super king/180cm bed as a throw.

100% Cotton. Machine wash 30C. All our quilts are freshly laundered in the UK and are ready to use.
