Our vintage kantha quilts and throws are handmade in India from up-cycled cotton saris. They can be used on the bed, as a sofa throw, in fact anywhere you want a bit of extra warmth and a splash of colour. Each piece is unique, so the size and the stitching detail can vary. Little patches and extra embroidery add character and charm.
Each side of a vintage kantha is made from different fabric, the first five photos show one side of the quilt and the last two photos show the reverse side. This quilt has been block printed with a floral design in a soft pink colour on one side and orange and blue daisies on the reverse side.
Size: 1.38m wide x 1.92m long (W54in x L76in). This quilt will fit a single bed. It will also go across a double bed/4ft6in/140cm bed as a throw.
100% Cotton. Machine wash 30C. All our quilts are freshly laundered in the UK and are ready to use.
