This patchwork vintage kantha quilt has patches of fabric on one side in bright blue, pink, orange and green and a wild selection of strip patches on the reverse side. A decorative edge made from triangles of fabric has been added on all four sides.

Our vintage kantha quilts are handmade in India from layers of upcycled cotton saris. Each one is unique, with its own combination of colours, fabrics and hand stitching. Little patches, variations in the stitching and occasional extra embroidery all add to their character and charm.
Each side of a kantha is different, the first six photos show one side of the quilt and the last two photos show the reverse side.
