This vintage hemp throw was hand-woven on a narrow loom and comes from Hungary. Three pieces of fabric have been stitched together to create a wider piece.
Size: 1.30m wide (51inches ) x 2.70m long (106inches).
This piece would originally have been used as a curtain or a bedcover, but could also be used to make a blind, for upholstery or use as a sofa throw.
The fabric is in very good condition with a few small rust marks (see the last photo), has a sturdy feel to it and would be very hard wearing. It looks unused.
Care instructions: Machine wash.
