This antique French embroidered trim has come from the bottom of a white cotton petticoat or underskirt, it is in excellent condition. The frill comes in one circular piece and measures 3.20 metres long (126 inches). The embroidered section at the bottom of the frill measures 0.18 metres (7 inches) deep and the whole piece measures 0.35metres deep (14 inches).
Use it to trim the bottom of a skirt, dress or blouse, it could also be used to make gathered sleeves or to trim the top of a sheet or the bottom of a curtain.
Care instructions: machine wash 30C, line dry.
