Antique French Linen Sheet FV

An antique French linen sheet, in a natural creamy colour. It is in excellent condition with no signs of wear and just two small marks - see the last photo.  The sheet has been freshly laundered and is ready to use. It would be perfect for dyeing, or use as a bedspread or to make curtains.

This sheet measures 2m wide x 2.88m long. (79 inches wide x 113 inches long).

This antique sheet was woven on a narrow loom and consists of 2 long pieces of fabric that have been joined together down the centre with a tiny hand stitch. It has been embroidered with the initials FV in raspberry red cross stitch. 

It will fit a double bed/4ft 6inches/1.40m .
