Antique French Rustic Sheet Monogrammed CM

This white antique French metis sheet is woven from linen and cotton. It is in excellent condition, no marks or wear. The sheet has been freshly laundered and is ready to use. It has a good weight so would be perfect for upholstery and for dyeing, or use as a bedspread or to make curtains. It has been embroidered with the initials CM at the top of the sheet (but just off to the side not centred). The initials measure 25cm across and are 22cm high.

This antique sheet was woven on a narrow loom and consists of 2 long pieces fabric that have been joined together down the centre with a tiny hand stitch.
This sheet measures 2.04m wide x 2.9m long. (80 inches wide x 114 inches long).

It will fit a single bed and a double bed 4ft 6inches as a bedspread /throw (the bed in the photo is a super kingsize). It would go across larger beds lengthwise.
